I love that my credit union has a branch close to me even though I live outside the city. The people here are friendly and are always eager to help.
Every time that I have visited this branch, I've been welcomed and served in the friendliest manner by the tellers. When being offered products, I have never felt pushed into anything, we looked into refinancing our home with 3Rivers, and we were surprised when the Mortgage person we spoke with had enough integrity to tell us that what we currently had was in our best interest! Did have a couple of errors on a loan account, but when I brought it to their attention, they were very quick to apologize and get it corrected for me. Overall I am very happy with the service I have been given by this institution!
