Terrible experience. Been to literally hundreds of Dunkin donuts across the country. First time ever they have handed my refill back half full. Charged me for another one. Never coming back here again!
Horrible experience. On our way to the Notre Dame game and stopped for some donuts and coffee. We were second in line to order and we waited roughly 10 minutes to order. There were over 5 staff members that I counted working so I’m not sure why the slowness in service. The lady who took our order was rude. Upcharged us on a donut we got and didn’t tell us we would be charged extra. Additionally, our coffee was burnt, to the point it wasn’t drinkable. Lastly, I ate 3/4 of my jelly donut without any jelly. Like what’s the point? Such a disappointment and waste of money.
Not even 1 star. I have to wait 14mins for cup of coffee. They keep taking a order but no one was making. 14mins later I asked to lady to what happen to coffee she yelling at me to not wait. If they can not make the coffee they should not take order.
Waited behind two cars 15 minutes before driving around. They were closed but did not have any indication on the drive through. Small paper sign on the front door saying the would be closed. Attached to a dirty little gas station
Baked fresh daily, yum. Service is good.We drive over 20 miles to go to this Dunk in Donut, love it.
