I've been a patient of Dr. McConnell's for over twenty years. He is gentle and friendly -- immediately puts me at ease in the dental chair. Whenever I've needed work done, he give me options and I appreciate that. The staff has always been courteous with me and my family.
Dr McConnell is a good dentist and is friendly. However, the receptionist is rude and lacks customer service. In fact, our family switched dentist because of the customer service.
I have gone to Dr. McConnell for about 20 years, and I have never had anything other than excellent experiences. Dr. McConnell and his support staff are lovely and always ask me how I'm doing, and even though they only see me a couple times per year (sometimes less frequently...) they somehow remember what I was up to last time they saw me and seem to genuinely care if I have any updates. I moved away from Columbia City a little over ten years ago, but I still try to schedule appointments with Dr. McConnell whenever I'm visiting my parents!
