I stopped in on a day they were closed. I didn't realize, as an employee was working on a sign out front. However, he still took my package and had it delivered the next day. Great customer service.

The owner that works here does not have any common sense. My wife stopped in to ship something that had been sold on Ebay. He gave her the suggestion of shipping the package Fedex 2 day express. The only problem is that the location that it was shipping to is only 3 hours away. So we could have saved the 300% mark up with fedex ground, and the package would have been delivered 1 day sooner. I asked the owner Q about the situation and he said his computer system generates all of the shipping lead times. I could use common sense and understand that anything shipping from Indiana to Indiana is a 1 day lead time with ground.
Don't get me wrong he actually shipped it Fedex 2 day, but it was a 300% markup and 1 day later getting there compared to ground.
I did not like my visit to goin postal because I was charged almost $60.00 for them to print out 13 pages off the Internet which I found out from going to Allegra printers in Warsaw should have been around $2.00, huge rip off!!!! Don't waste your money going here when u can drive a little bit further and not pay anywhere near what they are asking for!!!
I asked him if there was anything he could do to offset the cost and he refused. USE SOME COMMON SENSE DON'T JUST DO WHAT THE COMPUTER SAYS!!!
