I often passed by this place but they saved me the other day with a rental on a pump for my basement. They have a really good selection of equipment that I never guessed they had until I peeked inside.

Large selection of rental equipment, along with higher quality power equipment than you are able to purchase at the box stores. Do you pay more? Upfront yes, Longterm no and you're supporting a local business.
This company did service on my lawn mower without consulting me prior to the service. The recept even had written on it 'call with estimate.' They told me I was difficult to work with because I asked that they contact me before picking up my Mower to ensure that I was home. They didn't show twice when they told me they were coming. They made it very difficult to get a break down of the services rendered. They told me it was unreasonable to ask for a break down of the services. They initially told me they would only accept cash after being frustrated I wanted a break down of services. After a long, difficult, very rude conversation about me contacting the BBB and them threatening to sue me, they allowed me to pay by credit. I have never in my life been treated or spoken to with that much disrespect. They did service my mower the day after pick up, but I had asked them for a speedy turn around after the two no-shows. I hear they are reputable, but I am shocked considering the lack of business class and respect they show new customers new to the area. I would not recommend their services due to their bad customer service.
I totally recommend this place if you need to rent any tools. We have rented a snake and a reciprocating saw from them. Great prices and very nice people!
