My father went to the ER May 7th, 2016. This was a Saturday morning. Our visit was NOT pleasant at all! The women that took care of my father were very rude with everything they did. Their attitude was to the point I was getting mad. My father was in pain and they could of cared less! I even told Dr. Burkett about our experience and he apologized for them. It is not his fault. I love Dr. Burkett and Dr. Hurley was a very nice ER doctor that morning but the staff that morning was unacceptable. The only time they were nice is when they knew we were leaving as we were kicked out the door! I will NOT be going back to that particular hospital again. We ended up taking my father to Parkview North and they were beyond acceptional. The staff and doctor were phenomenal! Parkview Whitley need to learn MANNERS!

Very surprised at the comments left by folks that left a '1'. Either they came in with a piss poor attitude, or whatever. This is a first class hospital, clean, friendly, and care giving. Nobody wants to hear about baloney that is untrue. Whitley Parkview, two thumbs up!
