I took a piece of jewelry in that the clasp would not stay closed. The woman was very friendly and helpful. She had several different sizes of clasps to choose from. And she had it fixed in only a few minutes.

She did suggest it be sent in to be soldered. And that would be back in about 10 days. I chose for the new clasp only.
