Extra poor service. Bought a bottle of wine the cork wouldn't come out. The owner exchanged it for another. This time the cork wouldn't come out and I busted my cork skrew pulling on it and actually injured my hand. Took the bottle back the owner wasn't in so I left my name and number. Been back three times. No answer or call. I like to shop locally. Pricing was not a concern. Will not be returning there again. I wouldn't give them one star.

Bought Busch Light , and not Busch, because they were using the orange cases. Went back 10 minutes later and they would not exchange it. What a joke! The prices are too high to have this poor of customer service. Will is a jackbag!
I found some great prices on 12 yr and 15 yr Pappy Van Winkle, which is very hard to find. I have a huge group of friends and we were going to buy their entire stock. The Prices were $45 for the 12 yr and $65 for the 15 yr. I called and arranged to have 4 bottles held and told him we may buy more from the other store. When I came to pick them up he only held onto two bottles and I am assuming stashed the other two away. He apparently didn't know what great product he had. I was just happy to have two bottles but when they were rang up they were double the price. Yep, he price gouged me and changed the prices once he realized what they were. The funny thing is they are twice the MSRP. Look it up on Google. Not cool dude.... So now I had to issue refunds to all my friends who paid me through PayPal and explain what had happened. Which put a sour taste in my mouth.
Wish I could only give it 1 star. Columbia City has another liquor store, and it will be the only store I frequent after this.
