I live in Noble County and drive out of my way to use the Columbia City branch, the wait is usually short, they are well-staffed and all the staff are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you :-)

I have been to many offices around Indiana. These ladies are by far better than most. If you are nice to them you will have no problem. Not exactly a job that people are nice to them often; never had an issue here and they are as fast and efficent as anyone I have seen.
Coming from a big city where a trip to the bmv is a 4 hour+ event this small town branch is such a breath of fresh air. In and out in 30 min with a brand new state liscense. Keep up the good work amy and beth!
