I am from Fort Wayne and I have never had worse service from a pizza hut in my life. I tried to order online and could not so I called it in. I must have gotten a new girl because when I asked about the bread sticks that come with the family chicken alfredo she had to ask another person while talking in to the phone. She also rang up my order very wrong twice. Then went though drive-thru to pick up my order and the lady at the drive-thru window was very rude took our card and kept it until she figured out we needed to talk to a manager. When we got to talk to the manager Andy he was very nice and corrected our order just to have us go inside and refix it. And he took care of us to where we got our order correct.
Columbia city Pizza Hut has great pizza and great service
Good place to eat, have a buffet with salad bar from 11-2pm on Fridays.
I like pizza hut. However, this time we were seated in the lower level and the table wasn't clean. I dont like that level you have to go up and down a couple of stairs and it's always crowded and noisy down there. Next time if they want to seat us there I'll say no.
