You just cannot replace talking face to face with people who are there solely to help u find a movie. If the movie is scratched you take it back and replace it, and often they'll give you a free rental on top of that. Stay away from movie vending machines if you want great customer service.

They are always really nice and they even help recommend movies. It's something you don't get from a redbox experience. Support the store and get a pizza from next door while you're at it.
Your bathroom is nasty! Teach ur staff to clean in there. No place to hang a purse, you have to set it on floor. No soap to wash ur hands. Please stock and clean your bathroom!!!
