DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Installed water heater wrong, argued about it, then charged $95 for a service call where they STILL did not fix the problem. (And they want another $95 to come back out!) get the word out Col. City; these people are crooks.
This is my go to place for any plumbing or heating needs! Moved to a nearby city and tried some local places and was very disappointed. Now I know to just stick with the best! They are super helpful whenever I call, and respond quickly to whatever issues arise. When our water heater went out unexpectedly they helped me get the best one for the right price in a quickly manner. Super trustworthy and not crooked at all. Will always go to Flow-Tech!
Our old AC unit died in the midst of the extreme heat and Flow-Tech was able to help us out immediately even though we were brand new customers. Their Technicians were polite and professional. They did a GREAT job and I would highly recommend them!
Recently had a new home built by Granite Ridge. Flow-tech installed all heating and plumbing in home. Water heater worked for a little while but then started to fail. After calling them to see if I had any warranty remaining...(parts only)....I decided to call A.O. Smith water heaters myself to trouble shoot over the phone via help line. Figured out in less than 3 minutes eater heater venting was installed wrong. I corrected the issue for less than 10 dollars. Also having issues in two bedroom that need addressed. House was built with no cold air returns in both kids bedrooms. Which doesn't work to well heating or cooling unless doors are open. This I blame myself for overlooking during the building process....but shame on Granite Ridge and flow-tech both for cutting corners to lower cost. I would never recommend neither company for any of your home needs. 2 thumbs down!!!!
