The dining room was completely closed down an hour before closing time.

They have been out of original chicken last 3 times we have been here. Its ok food but the service is kinda crazy. There seemed to be no one in charge or giving direction. Crew seemed to be getting very frustrated.
Just a small portion of Cod for a Hugh price, mostly crumbs. The fried fish filet tasted like cardboard. The kid behind the counter was doing his best but this place needs to step up to the plate. Worst KFC/ Long John Silver's I've are at. Now I think I need to find a ofrestroom think I'm going to be sick, seriously!
There is a shift Leader Brittany that was the best person I can honestly say I have ever encountered at a KFC and I have been to a lot of them from Fort Wayne Indiana, all over indiana, KY the famous museum in Corbin KY and the original first store. And all over in Tennessee as well. And really, honestly my family and I just left. And we live 45 minutes away from KFC in Columbia City. But must say would be worth the drive again. Fresh food, clean environment, respect,courtesy and most of all to me hospitality . We received our food fast and officiant. So Brittany we just left . It is 9-2-2017 and at 8:57 pm and really hope you get to see this and how much we appreciated your service again thank you. Especially since I never do these darn reviews.
