Cash or local checks only. Order takeout from here often. They have great lunch specials. Much better than the Oriental Buffet in town. Nice and friendly staff. Their Happy Family and Hot and Sour Soup is on point!
Not bad, but I've had better. I had chicken with broccoli and fried rice and it tasted good but had a pasty taste...i think it was the brown sauce. The fried rice was good and the egg rolls were great. Prices are fair.
Great food! Friendly staff. Quick with take out. They don't take credit cards, so plan ahead for that.
Pretty amazed how bad it's gotten since the new ownership...i broke open my eggroll and poured at least 2 tablespoons of oil out. When I told the waitress she said people complained all night but they didnt seem to care in the back . the lo mein was over cooked and greasy the meats had terrible texture. the wonton soup was so full of soy sauce you could taste nothing else.... and of course the tables are broken and are at a wierd uncomfortable angle off of the wall . The disgusting waitress stood at another occupied table and shouted at us asking if we wanted hot mustard. She then reached across their table grabbed their mustard and set it on my table . Never wiping off the container... I was appalled by the food quality the rundown atmosphere and the ill mannered waitress . Needless to say we won't be returning... it's too bad because they used to be a decent place to eat. My family has frequented this establishment for years and it's been bad since the ownership changed seeming to continually get worse and worse .
My family and friends have been eating at New China for over 20 years. There have been three owners. Each owner has done an outstanding job providing food that keep a strong fan base. The dining room is full at meal time. This in itself speaks volumes on their food. I have been ordering the emperes chicken with fried rice and hot and sour soup for years.
