Wendy's lacks a vast array of healthy menu items. Though the healthy options they do offer are quite good. In particular the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad is fantastic. Wendy's customer service verys greatly dependent on location and time of arrival. Overall though customer service at worst seems to be okay. Eating lounges at most of their restaurants are do for an update.
Wendy's is the best Dining Establishment ever to exist. When I tried their food for the first time, I had a new outlook on life and have since written three award-winning novels and held a main role in no less than six critically acclaimed movies. I do not know where this world would be without the amazing staff at our beloved Columbia City, Wendy's. Their customer service is of superb quality and is unmatched by any of their competitors. Recently I was having a casual luncheon with my beloved friend, Chef Gordon Ramsey at his estate in Paris and our conversation turned to this very Wendy's. I asked him how he felt about the quality of their food and his response was "It is of the finest quality and I could not possibly match them in skill" Needless to say, I was flattered by his honest compliment of this fine restaurant. Expect big things from Wendy's in the future. A friend of mine who is an expert on our country's economy believes that by 2024, Wendy's will be the highest grossing fast food chain in the world and most likely run our country. I truly hope that you found this review helpful and that it has enlightened you to only eat their food. I have much more to say, but the hour is late and I must retire for I have to board a flight for Belfast early tomorrow.
One of the drive through ladies is rude. She cut me off half way through my sentences while ordering. I order my sandwich and wraps, paused, added a salad then boom! Immediately cut me off, told me total and told me to pull around. What if I wasn't done? When I approached the womdow, she already had her hand put for money/card. I asked for an alternative dressing for my salad, she replied with "yeah, whatever".... Got home to feed my family and enjoy.. Just to find out my husbands sandwich was still half raw. Such a bad experience. Probably won't be going back to be honest.
Good food served fast.....not that common in most "fast" food places now days.
Really busy today bit they always get my order right. Food is good for such speedy service. My favorite fast food is CC.
