The guy from 3 years ago was disgruntled because his credit card was rejected, I tried to call him but his number was changed. I put a lock on his unit, which is my right, and he got angry. I haven't had a complaint from anyone in the years since. I have many long term customers who pay by credit or debit and never have a problem.
horrible owner dave nugent. bad customer service hard to get ahold of anyone. doesnt return calls regarding issues and "accidentally" double bills your card if paying with debit or credit good luck getting a recieppt i had to contact my card provider to stop unauthorized billing by hanna mini warehouse. beware
