My son and I were treated like idiots in this store. The women in the store were so busy on their phones they could barely serve us. My son lost his fiancé suddenly, and we were just trying to pay their bill and figure out his situation. I would never do business at this store or any ATT for that matter. Thank God I have Verizon they actually apologized for his loss instead of kicking us out of the store. I have never rated a business.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Did not try to pressure sell me Direct TV
Sat in there for 35 minutes before an associate acknowledged that I was there. Then took another 30 minutes to amswer any questions. Once I was helped it took them 15 mins for them to tell me what I needed to know. Sat there for an hour for nothing.
Moser was very helpful getting me a new phone, it was my first upgrade and he didn't pressure sell at all. Really appreciated the fast and easy service provided.
