It kinda upsets you
Especially when you had spelled out your last name for them.
Linda was very helpful when I called. So I did appreciate that. But the flowers I ordered for my grandmother were nothing like the picture I saw online. The ones they delivered to her looked so cheap that I actually felt embarrassed that I even ordered her flowers. The arrangement had about 5 less flowers than what were in the picture online. Sorely disappointed!
Exceptional place to order flowers. I sent flowers to my wife while she was at work just as a "thinking of you" gift and they were so helpful. From color and flower choices to price points that fit my budget, I was able to put a smile on her face. Will shop here again if I need flowers.
The Afghan rug was nice
Linda was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely use them again. Calling from outside the state, she gave me the confidence that my order would be perfect and delivered on time.
But when you go to the viewing and see that the sympathy card says that it's from David and jane Robbins, when it should have said David and Jane Dotson .
