Terrible experience. I should have listened to others and taken my business elsewhere. They did not hold up their end of the deal, I had to call the 3 times to get them to fill in their paperwork that needed to be sent to my bank and I had to track down someone who could do the title paperwork after going to the license branch and being sent away because they didn’t do their jobs. The ladies in the office inside the ford building were extremely rude and the management team will not return my calls. I had to drive to Their main office at Glenbrook dodge to finally get something done. I’d highly suggest NOT buying anything from City Automall in Columbia City, IN.
