Do not do business with these people especially the mechanics. I took my f150 here to have it fixed and these wannabe machanics took forever to figure out the problem, not only that but they contacted me and told me it had been fixed, so I pick it up only to realize that they had not fixed a single thing, my truck was lacking power and after getting it back barely ran and almost stalled everytime I took off and lacked even more power than before, that must be what fixed means to city ford, I took it back in only to find out they aren't smart enough to fix it and refused to give me the truck until I paid for there terrible repairs that made it run worse and barely at all, I've never seen a shop full of such incapable, doshonest, and worthless mechanics. I have not purchased a car from here so I cannot say anything about the sales department, all I know is if you have a problem with your Ford vehicle absolutely do not take it here, their service center is a pathetic.
