Honest and friendly. When I bought my used vehicle I didn't notice the heater wasn't working properly. As one of the techs was finishing an oil change he noticed it. It was fixed free of charge, along with other small repairs. I think I'll be going to their service area for further repairs I can't handle, just because of the honesty. And I'm sure further vehicle purchases will happen there.
