lopped a tire and went in to get some new ones. was asking for all season then he said he had tires in stock next day I looked them up and they turned out to be summer tires. did the review in my email and they didn't hesitate to offer me a swap put for some all season tires. edit: Have been waiting a week for my replacements. apparently somehow one tire hasn't came yet although they shipped at the same time and won't be here for another two days. James is very professional if you do go there but as for me I'm staying away
My husband and I were passing through on our way to New York for the holidays. Not knowing the area at all, the professional and courteous staff at this location was able to help us quickly and efficiently to get us back on the road to see our family. We appreciate that they didn't tell us we needed to do X, Y, and Z and pay an arm and a leg before they could fix it. Not being from the area, we are very grateful for them
Got on early and they took care of me immediately. Friendly service people.
I paid for tire replacement and wheel balance and alignment. They changed tires and only balanced the changed tires not all 4 and didn't even align my car even though I paid for it. Then when I pointed these issues out they wanted me to pay again to have it done. Never going here again.
