My husband and I had to pay for a tow truck to bring it to the house and now we can't even use it because it's torn apart. I STRONGLY advise that you do not take you're vehicle here unless you wasn't to take a chance of getting screwed over!
I drove my vehicle to this shop to have them check it out cause it didn't want to start the night before. They told me it would be $75 for a diagnostic. I returned to be told it needed a tune up, which at that point I tell them I'll just pay the $75 for the diagnostic and drive it home so a friend could do the tune up for me. They tell me that it was still torn apart and that it would be abother $75 to have them put it back together. At this point never mentioning anything about it not running. So they tell me that a tune up would cost about $350 but they would call me with a more accurate estimate. Overall, after about 3 months, give or take, with me being the one having to initiate contact, they tell me that it would be over $500 for a tune up. I told them that was too much and I would like to just drive it home. Then, they proceed to tell me that the vehicle wasn't running when I dropped it off. I tried explaining to them, as I did when I dropped it off, that it was in running condition when it arrived. After debating this for a few minutes, the owner got frustrated and told us, and I quote, "F@#* the $75, f@#* this vehicle, get it the f@#* off my lot and I don't ever want to see you again. "
A quality shop that backs their work up with a 2 year nation wide warranty. Fair prices and they care. What more can you ask for?
