Repair estimates are always very accurate. However, if Mark or one of his mechanics finds something else wrong while working on your car, you'll get a call from Whitley Tire. They'll explain what they found, tell you how much it will cost to fix and, most importantly, they'll tell you whether it's a safety issue or whether that repair could be done at a later date. They don't recommend nor perform unnecessary work, and they take the time to explain in layman's terms what does need to be done to get you mobile again.
Dropped the car off on the weekend and called on Monday morning. Mark and his team were able to get the car in and diagnose and fix the starter right away. I drove it home Monday afternoon! Super service every time I visit!

I drive a 1997 Chevy Silverado Mark III. This vehicle is twenty years old but, thanks to Mark, his son Josh and the rest of Mark's crew, it still runs and drives like a new truck.
My '97 Chevy was the last vehicle my father bought before he passed away in 2001. Mark and his staff all know how much this truck means to me, and they've done a terrific job keeping it in tip-top mechanical shape.

Mark, the owner, is a master mechanic who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. He doesn't sit in the office and delegate; you'll usually find him in the garage turning wrenches and doing everything possible to get another customer safely back on the road.
Personally, I wouldn't trust Dad's truck to any other shop.
